Liposuction, Lipoinjection and Liposculture
What is it about?
Some people, though they are healthy and in good physical condition, have a disproportionate figure by the localized accumulation of fat. The formation of these fatty deposits can be due to heritage rather than a lack of weight control or not being in shape. Liposuction refines and reshapes specific areas of the body by removing fat deposits, improving the shape and proportion of the body and as a result the image they have of themselves.
The areas of the body that can be reduced include neck (dewlap), cheeks, chin, arms, breasts, upper back, middle and lower abdomen, waist, thighs, hips, buttocks, knees, calves and ankles. In liposuction, the fat obtained is later injected into areas of the body that the patients want to increase in volume or improve its appearance. When applied to the face, the patient is able to inject it as a nose-lip procedure, in the folds, cheekbone, in fine lines on the lips, while in the body; it is used to enhance gluteus and breasts.
Who are eligible?
Men and women who seek to reduce measures of specific areas in the body and wishing to mold their figure. Ideal patients are those who do not have excessive skin after the procedure. This is measured in the post-operation consultation.
Initially, it is necessary to use a belt for 3 weeks because of swelling. It will appear as though it has not changed, present pain, stiffness and loss of sensation in the areas that were suctioned. Any stitch you may have will be retrieved between 5-10 days.
Keeping healthy eating and fitness, removal of excess fatty tissue should be permanent. However, the result might not be permanent if weight increases considerably.
